Rakesh Agarwal brings over 35 years of experience in launching and establishing new industries in India. A Boston University graduate, he comes with a strong family business background and is reputed as a pioneer of innovative ventures.
He brought organized car rental to India with Hertz Rent a Car, launched the world’s first telephone search engine company called Ask Me in 1989 (concept is now known as Just Dial although he is not a part of it) and India’s first self-help sales training program called Winning in Sales Every Time in 1994. He was one of the top 5 finalists for India Young Business Achiever’s Award in 1996.
He operated as the Managing Director of Frankfinn Institute of Airhostess Training from 2000 to 2009 and then started his venture in Image Consulting and Soft Skills Training under the brand Image Consulting Business Institute which is the leading brand in the world in this domain. He has been instrumental in over 1 million people acquiring essential soft skills for personal, professional and social success.
 He has also mentored and guided over 3000 people launch themselves as Soft Skills Trainers. With each person that he helped become a successful Soft Skills Trainer, he learnt something new and he has put all that learning in the Foundation Program in Soft Skills Training
